A life-long entrepreneur and software developer/architect with 13 years of experience in enterprise software development. Current project is FeedLounge, a web-based feed reader with a user experience like no other. When not staring at multiple computer screens, Scott likes to work/play in my shop (metalworking, woodworking, automotive), enjoy our backyard with his beautiful wife, and even hang out with his 2 cats, Iris and Lily. I currently reside in Nothern California, and wouldn't trade it for anything right now.

Scott is an active member of the open source community for the past 7 years holding positions as an Apache Software Foundation Member (a shareholder/owner) and Project Management Committee Member of the Apache Gump and Apache Jakarta Commons projects. Scott is also a Member of the Apache Foundation Infrastructure Team responsible for the management and day-to-day system administration and operation of the various hardware that runs the Apache services. Scott is a committer on 14 open source projects including projects in the Apache Software Foundation, codeshaus, sourceforge, dsource and go-mono. Scott is also a contributor or participant in an additional 28 open source projects.
